Delivery cost

We offer FREE NW7, N12, N2, N3, N6, N10, N NW4, NW9, NW11, HA8, EN5 delivery on order over £25 and FREE UK mainland delivery for order over £55.

All prices quoted within PureKtchn website include 20% VAT where appropriate, and an additional charge is made for postage unless otherwise stated.

We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 2 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order.

How will my order be delivered?

We endeavour to send all deliveries via courier (fast shipping 1-3 days), however, if you are buying a single case of 6 or 18 packs this will be sent via Royal Mail (standard shipping 3-5 days).

What If I’m Not Home?

For the order over 2kg, we use Hermes for delivery within the UK. When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that Hermes tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day.

On the card will be instructions on the other options available to collect your parcel, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.
