Refund policy

RETURNS

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at hello@purektchn.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.

This right does not apply to sealed food products once they have been opened or unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@purektchn.co.uk.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several working days for your bank to process the refund.

YOUR RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
