Quality Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your PureKtchn purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

Eligible Returns

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong product or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@purektchn.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Food Quality Concerns: We take food quality very seriously. If you have concerns about the quality of a product, please contact us immediately at hello@purektchn.co.uk. We'll evaluate the situation and determine the best solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Important Notes

Returns Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Original Condition: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
