DELIVERY CHARGES

Free delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £70.
Orders under £70: £3.50 standard delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our UK kitchen.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
Express delivery (if selected): usually 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Tracked delivery options are available at checkout.
If selected, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
However, goods remain our responsibility until they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge additional postage for redelivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact hello@purektchn.co.uk with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal disruptions, extreme weather or supplier delays.
