Barley Soup Mix with Lentils and Peas
Ideal soup for busy families and who prefer a healthy diet.
Cooking instructions:
Place the soup mix into a large saucepan with 2l of water. Bring to the boil and boil briskly for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and tender. Add salt to taste.
Ingredients:
Pearl barley, green lentils, red split lentils, yellow split peas, green peas, onions, tomatoes, parsley, garlic.
